General Purpose and Scope of Position:
Responsible for managing department and station rating performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & manage programming department/support staff, on air talent, and department budget..
- Responsible for the on-air product, music, imaging, contests, promotions and marketing.
- Hire, develop, motivate and elevate talent.

Analyze research, listener, music and ratings.

Maintain competitve edge among target demo.

Maintain rating performance as high as possible within the station format and target audience.

Protecting the license.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- At least 7 years programming experience
- Computer literate, Research savvy
